There really needs to be animation on the characters in general, especially lip syncing. It doesn't even need to be proper lip syncing, just have the mouths move up and down. I'm just saying.

I think putting more fluid animation into the characters alone would really help quite a bit. It's just stiff and awkward for what it is. But I'm sure you can improve and manage. Good luck!
