While I think there should be more animation and obviously lip syncing in this submission, I liked it fine. Loved the voice acting for the most part and some of the effects used were actually pretty great. There are some things to improve on, but I'm sure you'll do it fine. :)

To be honest, I really don't recommend submitting tests/unfinished projects under judgement. Those usually tend to get a low score at best on this site. With that said, the animation here looks really promising. Hope to see it finished and in full. :)

While I did enjoy the voice acting and the humor, the animation quality could be better. I would've at least added some basic lip syncing and some decent backgrounds as opposed to having them extremely blurry. Because you're new here, I will say that this site really does favor good quality above all else. And I feel like you got the basics down and the resources available. You just need to improve some. That said, I'm sure your massive project will turn out great when done. And I'd love to see it. :)

I do admire the use of boiling lines in the animation. It's like Ed Edd 'n Eddy but at a %1000 percent. Makes everything look weird but interesting. Also, the story is cute too. Keep up the amazing work! :)

While I'm a fan of the sprite-looking animation, I do recommend audio of any kind. It'd definitely help with the overall quality.

Yes - you're probably right. I always avoided adding sound effects because I didn't know how. I've now experimented a bit with sounds and uploaded a version with sound effects. A bit trashy, but I like it trashy.
