Well, this is it. After spending 3 years at Carl D. Perkins, and 2 years at the Big Sandy Community & Technical College, it will soon be all over. If I'm correct, December 8th will be the time that I graduate from Big Sandy. Because I'm graduating in winter, I was told I would be recieving my degree in the mail. Not to mention a letter asking me if I would attend the graduation ceremony in May or not. More likely no, since I can imagine myself being very busy at that point. As for leaving Carl D. Perkins, I'm not too sure but I believe I can leave anytime from the 8th to the 15th. Which means my folks can get me at any point.

I do want to take my time and say it has been an amazing ride preparing myself for the future like this. Over the last couple years, I made good friends with peers that came and left such as Ty, Johnathan, Shaina, etc. I also met my girlfriend Ashley, who I love dearly. I did whatever I could to respect my professors such as Mrs. Lewis. And everything I worked hard on is not in vain like my driver's license for example. At this point, I got my resume, cover letter, and portfolio all finished! I'll be attending a mock interview next tuesday. I have 2 final projects due next week as well for 2 of my classes. Luckily for me, I have illustrator on my laptop. So that means I can work on my projects over the weekend. And I also have a final exam in math, so I'll need to prepare for that. At this point though, everything is set in stone. I know I'll be passing, and that is what makes me happy.

I cannot describe how much I'm going to miss Carl D. Perkins/Big Sandy. So many good memories were made here, and I'll never forget what I've accomplished here. And I cannot wait for the future. I do hope to one day move either inside or around Lexington, so I can apply for any job using my new college degree. But I'll need a car to do that. So I'll be working over in the factory so I can get a car, and save up money to move out. I say it will take from several months to a year in order to accomplish all that, but it will be worth it. I hope you can wait for me a little longer Ashley, because you will not regret it!

This seems out of nowhere to bring up, but I do plan on going back to making more content again at some point in 2019. I do apologise for the very very long hiatus for my animations. But I'm sure everyone knows that it happens when your in college, or even just trying to get your life in order. You need to face reality before you can do what makes you really happy. Don't worry, you'll be seeing Gary Wacky again soon ;).

On the side note, I got a new certificate from the Nocti exam. I passed with a 63%, and I meet standards for Advertising & Design. I will leave a picture of it here.

This may have been the longest update I have ever done, but it is well worth it. Again, I'm happy for everything I've done in the past, and I'm especially happy for the future. Thank you to all that supported me on this journey! :D

So a few things are going on. There is going to be a haunted house trip tonight at 7:30. I don't normally do these things, but since it is my last semester I figured I do this because it's now or never. I expect it will be a whole lot of fun! I might even take pictures of it too lol. And also over at the college, I was working on original design stickers that were meant to go on windows, but it seems Mrs. Lewis loves them so much. So she instead had them put on her walls with a heat gun blasted onto them so they won't be going anywhere for a long time. I feel pretty honored to have this happen! :)

It's weird that I hardly do this, but I'm always working on projects that I don't show off. Well here is some projects that I've been working on this past semester. Enjoy! :)5072883_154047545793_ScreenShot2018-10-25at9.49.13AM.png5072883_154047547773_ScreenShot2018-10-25at9.49.37AM.png5072883_154047549153_ScreenShot2018-10-25at9.49.55AM.png

So I'm on fall break once again, except this time it may be the very last one I will have due to being the final semester. I should be graduating after December, so I'll make this fall break very special. And hopefully I'll be able to see Deadpool 2. I loved the 1st one, so I should love the 2nd one. :)

So after a month of not being able to connect the wifi of Carl D. Perkins to my laptop, I was able to go to the ethernet class. And the woman there manage to get the ethernet to work on my laptop. So now I don't have to rely on my phone data anymore! Ky-guest may not be reliable, but the ethernet is. Now I can also get work done for my online math class. I couldn't be anymore happy right now! :D

So recently a few days ago, the center changed up how the wifi works. It use to be ky-open, and it was fairly easy to get on because it gave you the login on a browser. Now we have ky-guest, and it requires you to make an account, and keep changing up the password every 18 hours or so. I wouldn't mind this except that it never gives me a login page on my laptop. Only on my phone, but not my laptop. And I've done just about everything to make this work, but to no avail. Which is why tomorrow I plan on getting an ethernet cabel at Walmart to plug into my laptop from my dorm. Although I will not give up trying to make ky-guest work on my laptop, it's good to have a backup plan. Anyways, wish me luck on this.

So far everything has been doing good since I got back to college. My classes don't start until next monday, so I will have this whole week off. And I deserve it for all the work I put into this summer lol. But today for our come-back meeting, I got 4 different awards. It seems I made the Dean's list once again, made the President's list, and got 2 different certificates for Design Assistant and Mixed Media Design. In short, I have it made lmao. And tomorrow will be our bookstore trip once again, so I will be trying to return books to make some extra cash. It will be the last semester, and with all the cash I have, I will make it a good one! :D

So these past 2 months have been pretty tiring, especially with my summer job going on. It can get really mind numbing at times, but the people over at Coroplast have been real great to me. Can't really think of anybody that I dislike. Not to mention the money is amazing of course. At this point, I should have no money problems for my final semester of college. Speaking of which, this will be my last week of work until I go back to Big Sandy. And hopefully after college, I can find a job dealing with computers in my range. I have one week from now, and friday will be my last day at coroplast. Despite everything, I've made some good memories there. And I can't wait to find a future job better suited for me. :)

So it's been about 3 weeks since I returned home, and it has so far been the busiest summer. There were certain things breaking down here at my house; such as the a/c, internet, and the septic for the plumbing. The latter of the 3 was the one we struggled with the most, and even had to dig a huge hole outside the backyard just to find the septic. And even with this going on, there is this old house we use to live in that was pretty much left in ruin. So my folks and I have been working on that for the past 3 weeks, and we need to tear out the kitchen flooring because there was a water leak that never got fixed. Despite this, we have made plenty of progress. All 3 things at my house were fixed, and the old house has been getting some repairs made; not to mention the progress on the kitchen floor is good. But even with all of this, I officially have my very 1st job! It will be over at the coroplast factory where they make plastic, and it has a good pay of $9.85 an hour. If I keep it up, I should have plenty of money to last over my final semester at college! I start tomorrow at 3 pm, and it will last up to 11 pm. It's going to be tiring, but I appreciate the money and some of the people working there. Wish me luck! :)
