Should ask yer folks if they've ever had legit vanilla/cherry coke.. still remember having some at the Sears lunch counter. They used to have large glass bottles of extract additive w/ plastic pumps. Real vanilla, real cherry extracts, expensive but ...real. I miss reality in drinks lol
