So yesterday I got a start on my next short. As of now I am 1 minute into it, and hopefully I can have it done at some point this weekend if not next week. I still need 1 more line from a certain voice actor, but besides that I got pretty much everything needed. This short should be pretty interesting I think, and I hope you all will feel the same way once you see it. :)

So yesterday one of my teachers gave me a book of Big Sandy and all of the programs they have. I actually found at least 2 programs that deals with 2-D animation. I had my teacher print out a copy of the page with those programs in it. I even wrote it on paper just to make sure everybody knew the focus of it. I'm really happy about this, and if I get into Big Sandy I'll be really excited. :)

So the backgrounds are in the making, and there are still 2 voice actors that needs to get their lines done at some point this week. But I have high hopes for them, and so far the backgrounds are looking pretty good as usual. Can't wait to have this on the big screen. :)

So my roommate will be out of town with his grandma for a while, so that means I'll have the dorm all to myself. It will be perfect to voice act during the time I have. Pretty happy about that. :P

Been working on the next short today. Got the music done for it, and a couple backgrounds are done so far. Tomorrow I'll try to voice act for it though it'll be hard to find a place to do it at. Hopefully I can have it done at some point next week, although I don't make promises. lol

So yesterday I got my midterm for College Writing, and I got an 88% in the class. That means I'll be able to go on to Big Sandy after ALPHA is done! I just need to finish up whatever work I got left to make it happen. So happy for that! Not to mention I also got my score from the Reading test, and I went from 8th grade to a 12th grade level. Even more happy for that! So I've been doing really great in school it seems lol. With that aside, I got done making the script for my next short called "Wacky Brothers - Future Danger!". Before I began doing anything else, I would like to try and use Audiotool to make some beats for the video instead of the same theme song. I'll be watching some tutorials on YouTube to make it happen. So keep an eye out for the short next week hopefully. :)

So anybody remember how I took some pre-tests when I 1st came to college back in January? Well the staff gave us the tests again to see how much we improved over the past couple months. And in math it seems I went from a 6th grade level to 11th grade level. I honestly didn't think I would do that good lol. I don't know about Reading though. They have yet to give me the score, but I have high expectations. At this point, I am certain that I will be heading to Big Sandy soon. :)

So my friend and I had to do a project for a class about Hunger Games. It could be any style, so we decided to do it in video format. Today we showed it off and got a perfect score of 50/50.  At first I didn't plan on putting it up on YouTube or anywhere, but everybody in class loved it and thought it would be nice to have online. Sorry I've been inactive for a while. Like I said before, school work got in the way and it needed to be taken care of. Now that is out of the way, I got something to say. A good friend of mine showed me this cool music program called Audiotool. It's actually free to use so hopefully I can learn how to use it, and we will be seeing more music in my videos other than the main theme. Pretty happy about this. Can't wait! :)

For the weekend there is so much work to do that I don't even know where to begin. There is that animation project, doing vocabulary for hunger games, a final draft for our essay in college writing, etc. And this has to all be done by Tuesday atleast. So yup. How great is that? lol
