My first piece of art in 2017! And what else better to make than the year of pointillism? This will be the first in many pointillism artworks you will see in the future! 2017 here I come!

So yup, it is now 2017! And I hope you all had a great time watching the ball drop because I know I did! But yeah, a lot of what's going on is on the last post I made. In a few days I will be heading back to Carl D. Perkins, and eventually the Big Sandy community college. And I'll be starting my 2nd semester which will last until May. Hopefully, I'll get my license while I'm back down there because my permit will actually expire this March lol. While my real life is going on, I will try to be more productive in not just the animation, but the art too. I have so much art stuff that it will be a long time before all of it is gone! Speaking of which, expect a little piece of art today for New Years! But yeah, 2016 was a blast for me and I can't wait to see what 2017 has to offer. Wish me luck! :)

So yeah, this winter break has been alright. Although I've been pretty lazy for weeks, it is winter break after all. I like taking advantage of the "break" part lol. To be fair, it doesn't help that I still need lines from voice actors in order to complete Chili and Crackers. Speaking of which, just last night I finally got the lines from one of my voice actors. Pretty happy about that! All I need is one voice actor to send in his lines, and I'll have every piece of dialogue for the video. And at that point, I will be working on the animation until it gets completed. With this being said, 2016 has been a pretty great year. Made plenty of progress not just in terms of my internet life, but my real life too. While I was making my videos as usual, I've been heading off to college and taking driving lessons. I hope for 2017 that I will be able to get my drivers license while doing good in college. At the same time, you will be seeing a lot more art from me, especially for pointillism. And I hope to be more active as usual on the internet (though I've been doing pretty good on that part so far lol). Basically for my new years resolution, I'd like to stay productive no matter what. Though I can't promise that, it is something to be thinking about. I wish you all a happy new year! :D

So the other day on christmas we had a party over at grandma's house (like I said in my previous post). And the only present I got there was a crap load of money. As a college student, this really is a dream come true. I'm sure a lot of you that went to college can relate. xD

First of all, I'd like to say Merry Christmas! I hope you all get your presents, eat a good dinner, and meet up with friends and family! Secondly, I'm sorry I pretty much vanished for a week. I've been pretty much lazy and not really doing much. With that being said, I have not been working on my animation recently. I've only got almost 10 seconds done, but that's it. To be fair, it doesn't help that my 2 voice actors still needs to turn in their lines. So it's not like I could finish Chili and Crackers even if I wanted to. Once I get all lines in, that's when I'll be getting more serious with my work. And finally, not that it's important, but I got my presents for christmas. The majority of it is all art stuff. I mean coloring pencils, markers, paint, sketchbooks, and even a blank canvas. Expect a lot of art to be popping up whenever I go back to college. I also got axe shampoo, body wash, etc. Now I won't have to spend money on much hygiene stuff whenever I go to Wal-Mart for a while. And I also got these amazing speakers that I could hook up to stuff like my phone and my laptop. These 2 speakers have containers of water on each. And whenever you plug everything up and play audio, the water will bounce around everywhere like a lava lamp. And it looks really amazing! I don't know about the rest of you, but my christmas has been great so far! And today I will be heading down to grandma's house for dinner and possibly more presents. So there is still more to come! And I will tell you all how it goes tomorrow! Again, Merry Christmas! :D

So yeah, I know I've been quiet for the past few days. I was just sitting back and enjoying my winter break lol. With that said, today is the day I will begin the animation for Chili and Crackers. Even though I still need 2 voice actors to turn in their lines, I will animate the parts for the voice actors that did got their lines in. I already got a character design sheet ready, and I got a brand new avatar for myself (which I will not reveal until this animation is done). So, I'm not sure when this will be done because as long as my 2 voice actors don't have their lines in, I can't promise this being done anytime soon. It's just good to make some progress while the wait is happening. 

By the way, it's nothing important, but today marks 10 years since this wonderful picture was taken. It's the only picture I have of Cindy as a kitten, and it is one of the most perfect pictures to ever be taken (in my opinion lol). 

Got some bad news. The deadline to have this animation for the fandom collab finished falls on saturday. I'm nowhere close to getting it done. Don't even have any lines from my voice actors in yet. So I had to drop out of the fandom collab. There is some good news. Even with this being done, I'm not going to quit on making the video. Mostly because I already came too far into this that I don't want to back out now. So instead of being part of a collab, this video I'm making will be standing on its own called "Chili and Crackers!". I just wanted to let you all know what is going to happen. So again, the video is still being made here! :)

Made another background today. How is everybody doing? lol

So I'm in the process of making the 2nd background. My plan is to do one every day seeing how I only need to make 4-5. So I should be done with these in less than a week, and I'll be waiting for lines to come in from my voice actors. All is going according to plan. 

So yesterday was the beginning of winter break, and I'm really looking forward to relaxing and doing my animations in peace. I'm also looking forward to Christmas and seeing my relatives. I got 1 background for the Fandom Collab done so far, and there should only be at least 4-5 backgrounds in total. So it shouldn't take long to get done with them. The lines from my voice actors will be coming in a short time, so I'll just be working on character designs in the meantime. This should be a whole lot of fun. lol
